Diet Guideline #2 – Never eat excessive or too little if you want to perform your best. Diet Rule #3 – For you to be able to gain sufficient energy while in training, one should have enough carbohydrates and a balanced fight diet. Eat more balanced dishes like most Chinese foods are. Bruce Lee enjoyed Asian foods more than western foods because he believed that western foods placed an excessive amount focus on proteins and fats. Unlike Asian foods, many are focused on giving enough carbohydrates just like pasta, vegetables and rice. He also avoids dairy foods. The only real dairy product he takes was milk, powdered milk tailored for thier protein drinks.

Diet Rule #4 – Frequent snacks seriously isn’t useful to you. Bruce Lee believes that eating more regularly than every four hours may put a lot of stress on your own digestive system and probably do lead to indigestion. He also follows dinner procedure where he eats four to five smaller meals each day as opposed to eating Two or tree times a day with larger meals for this may also put stress on your own digestive system.
